Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of CurioKite Discovery Quest, a children's learning game published by Jenna Lynn Featherstone Books.
Growing Library subscription
The CurioKite Growing Library subscription unlocks all books available in the app and additional CurioKite books added through future app updates. The current localized price and billing period are displayed by Apple before purchase.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to the purchaser's Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges the account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing or canceling
A parent or guardian can manage or cancel the subscription from the app's grown-up membership area or in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
Family use and content
The app is licensed for personal, noncommercial family use. CurioKite questions, answers, illustrations, names, and other original material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Educational content is provided for general learning and is not professional advice.
Changes and support
The library may grow or change as books and app features are updated. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here. For support, a parent or guardian can contact Jenna Lynn Featherstone Books through the contact page.
