Seasons Aglow Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers

Jenna Lynn Featherstone Books LLC, a Florida limited liability company, provides Seasons Aglow. This policy describes the app, information you choose to send us, and Apple services used with it. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to jennalynnfeatherstonebooks@gmail.com.

Seasons Aglow does not require a Publisher account. The wallpaper library is bundled with the app; you do not upload personal photos to generate designs. The app has no advertising or cross-app tracking and does not configure an Expo user-analytics service. Using Expo build tooling does not itself mean routine user analytics are sent to Expo. This policy does not imply that Apple or services you choose to contact process no information.

Information stored on your device

Seasons Aglow stores legal acceptance, favorites, the selected widget design and its prepared timelines, and a cached purchase status locally on the device. The acceptance record contains the legal version, checkbox selections, and device date and time. Favorites are design identifiers. Purchase access is a cached unlock flag, not payment-card details.

The app and widget extension share the most recently prepared design and holiday category, scheduled dates, countdown values, holiday labels, and sayings or verses through local iOS app-group storage. Favorites and widget choices are not sent to a Publisher server for advertising or profiling. A religious design choice remains local; the app does not use it to build a remote religious-interest profile. Widget content can be visible to other people viewing your Lock Screen or Home Screen.

Motion playback preferences are temporary app-session state, not persistently stored preferences. Apple’s purchase system supplies product and transaction information to the app when checking or restoring purchases. Local information may be included in backups or device transfers according to your operating-system settings.

Optional actions and Photos access

The app does not request Photos access merely to browse. When you choose to save a design, it requests read/write Photos permission to create the Live Photo and read back only the newly created asset to verify it. This is not add-only permission, even though verification is limited to the item the app just created. It does not browse or upload your existing photo library.

The app prepares the image and paired motion resource locally, adds them to Photos, and checks the new asset using its local identifier. Verification does not enable network downloading of library items. Temporary working files are removed when the operation finishes, including handled failures, where possible; a crash or system interruption can leave temporary files until later cleanup.

The saved Live Photo remains in Photos until you remove it. Apple may separately back up or sync Photos under your settings; that is not an upload to the Publisher. Revoke Photos permission in device Settings if you wish. Doing so can prevent saving or verification but does not stop preview browsing or delete photos already saved. Expanded photo-library use or new data features would need a separate just-in-time disclosure and any legally required consent.

Apple purchases and platform information

Apple handles purchases through StoreKit. The app uses its purchase software library to retrieve localized product information, complete authorized purchases, and restore eligible access. A store connection may begin when the app starts. Apple processes payment and Apple Account information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password through the app.

Apple may provide platform diagnostics or TestFlight feedback under its own settings and terms. During testing, Apple processes tester, installation, usage, crash, and feedback information and makes relevant information available to the developer. Screenshots or messages you submit can contain personal details, so review them before sending. We use information made available to us to investigate issues, support users, and improve reliability, not for behavioral advertising.

Apple controls its own collection and retention. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/test-flight/. TestFlight testing is distinct from ordinary App Store use and from analytics added inside the app.

Optional support email

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send, along with any displayed sender name. The email providers involved process that correspondence. The business owner accesses the support mailbox in Gmail, provided by Google.

We use correspondence to answer requests, investigate issues, handle privacy requests, maintain appropriate business records, protect legal rights, and comply with law. The app does not automatically attach device logs or your photo library. Send only needed information, such as app version, device model, design name, and error text. Crop or redact optional screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or unrelated personal photos.

Support email retention and requests

There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for support correspondence. Messages and attachments may be retained long-term or indefinitely while they remain in the business Gmail account, subject to applicable law, deletion requests, and Google’s service and account availability. This does not mean Google guarantees retention or automatically deletes ordinary mail.

You may request deletion by emailing the privacy contact. We will assess the request under applicable law, may ask for limited information to locate records and verify the request, and will explain any legal reason that prevents deletion. You never need to provide an Apple Account password or verification code. Apple and Google control records they hold under their own policies.

Apple report copies

Apple controls retention of reports in its own services. If we retain a separate copy of Apple-provided feedback or diagnostic reports, we will keep it only as long as reasonably needed to investigate issues, improve reliability, maintain necessary business records, protect legal rights, or comply with law, and then delete or securely dispose of it. This purpose-based rule for separate report copies is different from the Gmail support-correspondence practice above. Contact the privacy email with access or deletion requests concerning copies held by us.

Sharing and external providers

We do not sell personal information or share local favorites or widget selections with advertisers. Apple and the email providers involved process the information described above. We may disclose information we actually hold where legally required, to address abuse or protect rights and safety, or to obtain professional assistance needed for a support, compliance, or legal matter, subject to applicable safeguards. This is not permission to use support information for unrelated advertising.

Opening a website or email link is optional and makes an ordinary request to the selected provider. That provider may receive an IP address, browser or device information, and request details under its own privacy practices. Opening a link does not attach your local favorites, agreement record, widget selections, or photo library. This app policy does not describe every separate website’s cookies or hosting practices.

There is no in-app personal-photo upload to Runway, OpenAI, or another AI generation service. Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. External providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Local deletion and your choices

You can remove favorites, choose another widget theme, remove widgets, manage Photos permission, stop using the app, and decide whether to contact support. Removing a widget is not the same as erasing its stored selection or timeline. Deleting the app removes its normal installation data according to iOS behavior; offloading can preserve data. Shared storage, backups, transfers, and restored installations are also governed by iOS. We cannot remotely access or erase information stored only on your device.

Deleting the app does not delete wallpapers already in Photos, erase Apple purchase records, or remove email or report copies already sent. Manage those records with Photos, Apple, or the relevant provider; contact us for information we hold. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of information we hold, object to processing, withdraw consent where it is the basis, or contact a privacy authority. There is no Seasons Aglow account to close.

Children and security

Seasons Aglow is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. It does not ask for a child’s name, birth date, profile, or personal-photo upload. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information directly to us can contact the privacy email so we can review it and address deletion as appropriate. Parents and guardians can use Apple’s purchase and device controls.

Local records are handled in app and widget operating-system storage. No software, device, or communication system is completely secure. This policy does not promise special encryption for every local preference or suggest ordinary email is a secure channel for sensitive records. Protect your device and avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Policy changes and contact

This policy applies to the October 7, 2026 app policy version. We will update it before introducing materially different data practices and provide notice or obtain consent when required. It does not waive privacy rights or replace Apple’s Standard EULA.
