Seasons Aglow Supplemental Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-07.v1 · Applies when you accept this version
1 Agreement and authority
These Supplemental Terms are between you and Jenna Lynn Featherstone Books LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Publisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for Seasons Aglow, its wallpaper library, widgets, and related services. Questions may be sent to jennalynnfeatherstonebooks@gmail.com.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have the appropriate parent or guardian authorization. Purchases must be authorized by the Apple Account holder. The app is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians can use Apple’s purchase and device controls.
These Terms take effect for you when you select the initially unchecked agreement confirmations and then Agree and Continue. If you do not agree, do not select that button. Installing an update alone does not record acceptance of revised Terms. The app stores this version, your selections, and the device’s acceptance date and time locally.
2 Important dispute notice
PLEASE READ SECTION 16. FOR UNITED STATES USERS, IT REQUIRES MOST COVERED DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, INCLUDES JURY-TRIAL AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVERS, AND PROVIDES A 30-DAY EMAIL OPT-OUT. THESE PROVISIONS APPLY ONLY WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW AND DO NOT OVERRIDE APPLE’S CONTROLLING LICENSE AGREEMENT.
3 Relationship to Apple’s terms
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) governs the license to the Apple-distributed app, including content and services covered by that agreement. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, amend, or override, the Standard EULA or controlling App Store Usage Rules, including their warranty, liability, and consumer-rights provisions. If there is a conflict on a matter governed by the Standard EULA, it controls to that extent. Apple is not a party to these supplemental Terms.
The Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Read the Privacy Policy and Purchase & Compatibility Notice before deciding whether to use or buy Seasons Aglow. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, refund right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
4 Preview and one-time library unlock
You can browse designs and play in-app motion previews before buying. This free preview is not a subscription trial and does not automatically become paid. One non-consumable purchase at the price Apple displays unlocks saving from the current library and preparing its matching widgets. There is no Seasons Aglow subscription or recurring subscription fee.
The purchase supplies the library and features described at purchase, not custom artwork or a promise of particular future additions, features, or a perpetual online archive. We will respect commitments expressly made at purchase and applicable update, access, and remedy obligations. Review the previews and decide whether the subjects, colors, style, and motion suit your preferences. Personal taste and exact appearance on every display are not guaranteed.
5 Device behavior and compatibility
Live Photo wallpaper motion is optional and is available only on compatible iPhone Lock Screens running iOS 17 or later. Availability depends on the device, iOS version, settings, and Apple’s compatibility checks. Animation is not guaranteed on every phone or configuration. Supported motion plays briefly when the Lock Screen wakes; it does not continuously loop. The five-second loops inside the app are previews, not a promise of five seconds of wallpaper playback. The iPhone Home Screen remains still.
Enable the Live Photo play button in Apple’s wallpaper setup if motion is available; it may initially be off. You control the final selection and settings. Seasons Aglow cannot automatically apply a wallpaper for you. Appearance, cropping, brightness, battery use, and motion can differ across devices and settings.
A successfully saved photo can be used as a static wallpaper. If Live Photo preparation or saving fails, the app does not provide a separate still-image export fallback. Contact support if saving fails rather than assuming that a new photo was created.
6 Countdown and Daily Inspiration widgets
Widgets are separate from the saved wallpaper. The app prepares scheduled daily updates, but iOS controls when updates appear. Continuous, immediate, or error-free refresh is not promised. If a widget is blank or outdated, open its matching design in Seasons Aglow and tap Set Up / Refresh Widgets, then return to the Lock Screen. You do not need to save or set the wallpaper again.
Both widget types follow the most recently prepared design. The app does not maintain an independent holiday selection for each wallpaper or Lock Screen. Daily Inspiration uses curated daily rotations. Each current message theme contains 12 sayings or verses that repeat over time. Christian Christmas and the Resurrection Dawn Easter design use attributed World English Bible passages; other designs use positive holiday messages. Messages are for reflection and enjoyment, not personalized professional advice or a promise of a particular outcome.
7 Personal use and content rights
Subject to Apple’s controlling license and Usage Rules, lawfully unlocked wallpaper content is licensed, not sold, for your personal use. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to save and display it as wallpaper on devices you own or control, with any use permitted by Apple’s rules or applicable law preserved. Payment does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights.
The app, branding, library arrangement, and material in which we or our licensors hold rights remain protected by those rights. Except where controlling terms or law permit otherwise, do not resell, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or supply protected assets as a competing wallpaper library; remove applicable rights notices; use protected assets to train an AI model without permission; or interfere with security or unlawfully bypass purchase controls. Do not imply that we or Apple endorse another product or service.
These restrictions do not claim exclusive rights in public-domain Bible text, ideas, unprotectable material, or third-party content, and do not restrict uses that applicable law permits. Third-party rights and applicable open-source licenses remain in effect.
8 Local records and privacy
The app does not require a Publisher account. Favorites, legal acceptance, the cached purchase-access flag, and prepared widget information are stored locally. Local records may be lost, corrupted, reset, or unavailable after app deletion, cleared storage, device replacement, failure, or software problems. We do not hold a Publisher server copy or promise recovery of these local records. Operating-system backups depend on your settings and are separate from a Publisher backup service.
Protect your device and Apple Account, review permissions and sharing destinations, and keep independent copies of important material. Restoring an Apple purchase is different from restoring favorites, widget settings, or an agreement record. The Privacy Policy explains Photos permission, local processing, Apple services, and information you choose to send for support. Accepting these Terms does not replace a separate permission or consent required by law.
9 Preference-based dissatisfaction and refunds
Apple handles payment, shows the final localized purchase price, and administers App Store refund requests under its policies and applicable law. The app does not receive your full payment-card number. Use Restore Purchases with the original purchasing Apple Account for eligible previously purchased access. Do not buy again merely to troubleshoot a missing unlock.
To the extent permitted by law, changing your mind or disliking an accurately described image, animation, palette, style, or subject does not by itself establish a defect or an automatic refund entitlement from us. This does not exclude remedies for non-delivery, misdescription, defects, or other legally protected issues. Apple’s refund instructions are at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223. Nothing here limits a non-waivable consumer right or remedy.
10 Changes and availability
We may reasonably maintain, correct, update, replace, or remove content or features for security, legal compliance, rights, quality, or compatibility reasons. We will respect applicable notice, update, access, and remedy obligations and express commitments made at purchase.
The app depends on services and systems we do not control, including Apple’s App Store, TestFlight, StoreKit, Photos, WidgetKit, iOS, devices, and networks. Availability or behavior can change. No uninterrupted, error-free, universal, or perpetual availability is promised. Third-party changes do not remove obligations we have under applicable law.
11 Warranty disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO APPLE’S CONTROLLING AGREEMENT, THE SUPPLEMENTAL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not add warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, universal motion compatibility, exact display matching, security against every incident, or suitability for a particular aesthetic preference. To that same lawful extent, we disclaim implied warranties concerning these supplemental matters, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Apple’s Standard EULA governs its own warranty provisions. No statement here increases, replaces, or contradicts those provisions. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12 Limitation of liability
FOR MATTERS GOVERNED ONLY BY THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND CONSISTENT WITH APPLE’S CONTROLLING AGREEMENT, THE PUBLISHER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, USE, REVENUE, PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES.
For those supplemental matters only, total aggregate monetary liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Seasons Aglow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50), to the extent permitted by law. Apple’s Standard EULA controls liability for the licensed app and any content or services it governs; this supplemental limit does not replace, increase, or contradict that agreement’s limits.
These provisions do not limit fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be waived, death or personal injury where applicable law forbids limitation, statutory obligations that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
13 Your responsibilities and limited indemnity
You are responsible for lawful use, authorized purchase decisions, reviewing previews, compatible device settings, and reasonable backups. To the extent permitted by law and consistent with Apple’s controlling agreement, you agree to defend and indemnify the Publisher and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from third-party claims and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful redistribution or commercial exploitation of protected content, rights infringement, or material unlawful misuse of the app.
This does not require you to cover another person’s negligence, intentional misconduct, unlawful conduct, or a matter that cannot lawfully be shifted to you. It does not cover ordinary consumer complaints or the exercise of your legal rights.
14 Honest reviews and preserved rights
Nothing in these Terms prevents an honest review, reporting a concern to Apple, a regulator, or law enforcement, seeking an available statutory remedy, or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No provision guarantees immunity from claims or eliminates duties imposed by law.
15 Informal resolution
Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit concerning a matter governed only by these supplemental Terms, you and the Publisher agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. Send the claimant’s name, relevant facts, requested relief, and reply contact information to jennalynnfeatherstonebooks@gmail.com. This does not prevent urgent temporary relief, a filing needed to preserve a legal deadline, an eligible small-claims case, or a complaint to a government agency. It does not alter Apple’s controlling agreement.
16 Individual arbitration and class-action waiver
For United States users, a dispute arising from these supplemental Terms or related supplemental services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as stated below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. This section does not override dispute provisions in Apple’s controlling license agreement or require arbitration of a matter that applicable law makes non-arbitrable.
Eligible individual small-claims cases, claims about ownership or misuse of intellectual property, requests for public injunctive relief where arbitration cannot lawfully be required, and other matters that cannot lawfully be arbitrated are excluded. You may contact a regulator or law-enforcement agency without arbitration.
Arbitration may proceed by documents, telephone, video, or in the county where you live unless the parties agree otherwise. Fees and costs are allocated under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law; the Publisher pays the amounts those rules require the business to pay. Rules and current fees are available at https://www.adr.org/rules-forms-and-fees/consumer/. We will not seek attorneys’ fees from a consumer unless an arbitrator determines that the claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose under the standard allowed by law.
FOR COVERED DISPUTES, YOU AND THE PUBLISHER WAIVE A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE TO PROCEED INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, ONLY TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL. The arbitrator may award relief needed to resolve the individual claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You may opt out of this entire arbitration section by emailing a signed or typed notice to jennalynnfeatherstonebooks@gmail.com within 30 days after first accepting this version of the Terms. Include your name, your acceptance date, and a clear statement that you opt out of the Seasons Aglow arbitration agreement. No app account or installation identifier is required. Opting out affects only this section and does not prevent app use or purchase restoration. A valid prior opt-out remains effective.
If a court determines that a claim or remedy cannot be arbitrated, it may proceed in court as applicable law permits. If the individual-action waiver is unenforceable for a particular dispute, this arbitration section does not apply to that dispute unless the parties agree otherwise. If the AAA declines to administer because of the Publisher’s failure to comply with its requirements, you may pursue the dispute in an appropriate court. Non-waivable remedies remain available.
17 Governing law and non-waivable consumer rights
Except for the Federal Arbitration Act, Apple’s controlling agreement, and mandatory consumer law, Florida law governs these supplemental Terms without its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute governed by these supplemental Terms and not subject to arbitration may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court in Florida, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires another location. This does not replace the law or forum governing the Standard EULA.
You retain all rights, warranties, remedies, and protections that cannot lawfully be waived, including any right to bring a claim in your place of residence under mandatory law.
18 Changes and ending use
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, technical, or business reasons. The app identifies the version and asks for fresh affirmative acceptance of a materially revised agreement before continued use where appropriate. A change does not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter dispute terms for a dispute of which we had written notice before the change.
You may stop use and delete the app. Deleting it does not erase an Apple transaction or automatically request a refund. We may limit access for a material violation or where required by law or Apple, subject to applicable notice and remedy rights. Ownership, accrued obligations, and applicable dispute and responsibility provisions survive to the extent lawful.
If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues only to the extent it can lawfully stand independently, subject to Section 16. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No assignment may remove mandatory rights. These Terms do not change third-party or open-source license rights.
19 Electronic records and contact
Your checkbox selections and Agree and Continue action record affirmative agreement to this version. You need a compatible device and the ability to open and retain these records. You may request a copy, ask questions, submit a privacy or support request, withdraw electronic-record consent, or send an arbitration opt-out to jennalynnfeatherstonebooks@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not undo a completed purchase or remove accrued rights, but may prevent continued use of features requiring an electronic agreement.
Publisher: Jenna Lynn Featherstone Books LLC, Florida, United States. The local record consists of the version, checkbox selections, and device timestamp; it is not a Publisher server receipt or identity verification. This October 7, 2026 version applies when you accept it; it does not mean the app has been publicly released.
